                            The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping
                            time.
                        
                        
                            Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
                        
                        
                            1) Processing time: The processing time will need 3-7 working days. Other custom wigs will
                            be shipped with 20-30 working days. (Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time)
                        
                        
                            2) Shipping Time:
                        
                         
                        
                            ( The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be
                            subject to the logistics company.)
                        
                        
                            NOTES:
                        
                        
                            1. Working Time: We arrange shipments from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and
                            Holidays
                        
                        
                            2. Shipping Fee: Free international shipping (excluding Remote Areas) for all wigs. Remote
                            areas require an extra shipping fee
                        
                        
                            3. Address: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
                            (APO/FPO). Ensure accurate and complete address to avoid processing delays. If you have
                            previously encountered a lost or stolen package, we recommend that you send the package to
                            your WORK address to ensure that you receive your package safely
                        
                        
                            4. Tracking orders: You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with details and tracking
                            number when your order is ready to be shipped
                        
                        
                            5. Sign for Delivery: We strongly recommend signing for delivery. We ship to the correct
                            address you left for your order, but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your
                            authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard and any other places
                        
                        
                            6. Multiple Items: Orders including more than one item may be shipped out separately and
                            arrive on different days. If your orders are shipped separately, we will inform you by email
                        
                        
                            7. Address Change: Customers are responsible for entering correct billing and shipping
                            information. Address or order change requests may be considered but not guaranteed. Changing
                            the address after shipment may incur extra fees paid by the buyer
                        
                        
                            8. Precautions: Delivery delays due to force majeure, weather, carrier operations,
                            incomplete addresses, customs delays, or lost/stolen items are beyond our control. We
                            appreciate your understanding
                        
                        
                            9. Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don't
                            order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at
                            least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may

                            Return & Exchange Policy
                        
                        
                            1. Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through BGMgirl are valid for exchange and return
                            within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s)
                        
                        
                            2. Item(s) must be no lace cut, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original
                            packaging
                        
                        
                            3. Before shipping back, please email us first for the shipping address. Please do not send
                            your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will
                            affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you
                            send it back without our permission
                        
                        
                            Custom-made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.
                        
                        
                            Return Fee
                        
                        
                            1. Quality Problem---- If you receive any wrong wig or damaged wigs which are confirmed by
                            warehouse, BGMgirl will afford this return shipping fee
                        
                        
                            2. Non Quality Problem--- Due to the customer's subjective decision to return the item,
                            BGMgirl will not bear the shipping costs
                        
                        
                            Quality Check For Returns
                        
                        
                            1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it
                            is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item
                            passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned
                            item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will
                            reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit

                            1. Step1: Contact servicebgmgirl.com confirm your wig(s) status, please send some pics about
                            your wig(s) and tell us the return reason, customer service will confirm your wig(s) if in
                            original status
                        
                        
                            2. Step2: Once your shipment complies with our return policy, customer service will send you
                            a return address. Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original
                            package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You
                            should only send it to the address we provide
                        
                        
                            3. Step3: Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible. Once you
                            return, pls send return shipping receipt and return tracking number to service@bgmgirl.co
                        
                        
                            4. Step4: Our Service Team will follow up with your return item(s), once it is delivered we
                            will continue refund or exchange
                        
                        
                            Refunds
                        
                        
                            1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, has been received at our
                            warehouse and has passed our quality check
                        
                        
                            2. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return package.
                            The refund will be issued to the original payment method

                        When will you send out the order ?
                        Usually Standard processing time takes 24 hours. We do
                            not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Processing times are NOT included in the
                            delivery time. Please plan accordingly.
                        
                        How do I change address?
                        Any address or order change request will be considered
                            but not be guaranteed. Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE
                            shipment.Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
                        
                        Can I cancel the order?
                        You can contact our Customer Service for assistance.
                            Please note that we can help you cancel order BEFORE shipment. After shipment, if you want
                            to cancel the order ,you can return it for full refund after you receive the package. For

                        How long will the order take to arrive?
                        Generally, it will take 3-5 working days to deliver. We
                            kindly suggest you to check our Shipping Policy, or contact our customer service before
                            purchasing.
                        
                        Why does it shows my package delivered but it hasn't?
                        
                        Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed
                            by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or
                            you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card. If you
                            still cannot find your package, please contact our Customer Service.
                        
                        Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk order?
                        Yes, we do. Please contact our customer service to

                        How do I place an order?
                        Step 1. Search or find the product you like according
                            to the category page;
                        Step 2. Select the product specifications and click on
                            "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart ;
                        Step 3. Fill in the address information and select the
                            shipping method and payment method, and then click the "Place Order" button.
                        Step 4. Fill in an available code to get extra
