How Long Do BGMgirl HAIR Wigs Last?
BGMgirl HAIR offers 100% human hair products. We provide the highest grade of hair on the market, and with proper care, the wig will last well over 1 year.
Does BGMgirl HAIR Shed A Lot?
BGMgirl HAIR has gone through the test of National Hair Products and Hair Care Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and has been proven to be 100% Virgin Human Hair without chemicals, soft and smooth, bouncy, with no shedding, and can be dyed and bleached.
Can They Be Straightened or Curled?
Yes! BGMgirl Hair is made from 100% virgin human hair and can be styled just like your natural hair. You can safely use a flat iron, curling wand, or other tools. To maintain hair quality, we recommend:
(1)Use heat tools at temperatures below 150°C–180°C / 302°F–356°F
(2)Avoid frequent high-heat styling to prevent dryness and extend the wig’s lifespan
Can I Dye Color The Hair?
Yes, BGMgirl Hair can be dyed or colored. Since it's made from 100% virgin human hair, it can handle color treatments just like natural hair.
Note:It’s generally easier to dye the hair darker than to lighten it. For best results, we recommend:
(1)Letting a professional hairstylist handle the coloring
(2)If coloring at home, use high-quality dye and always test on a smallsection first
(3)Avoid harsh bleaching, especially for colored or textured wigs
Proper coloring techniques will help maintain the hair's softness, shine, and longevity.
How Do I Wash My Hair?
The first step to washing your item is to make sure it is detangled. Use a wide tooth comb to remove any knots your item may have. Next, you want to pour a cap full of item shampoo into a large bowl filled with water. Gently swirl your item in the solution and let it sit in the bowl for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes have passed, rinse your item until the water runs clear. Wrap your item in a towel and gently pat dry until all excess water is gone. Finish with a leave-in conditioner, focusing most of the product towards the ends as this is where the hair gets the most tangles. Let it air dry.

How Do I Place An Order?

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Item?
Typically, it takes 5-8 business days for delivery. However, the exact timeframe depends on the shipping carrier’s handling and schedule.
What Are Your Main Shipping Methods?
We use buyer-friendly shipping methods. Final delivery will be handled by FedEx / DPD / DHL / GOFO / USPS. If you’re unable to track your shipment during international transit, please feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you
Why Can’t I Track My Order?

4. What Is Your Return and Exchange Policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following:
1. Items must be unused, no lace cut or tinted, no washing, in their original condition and packaging.
2. Promotional gifts must also be returned.
3. Customized, personalized items and clearance items cannot be returned.
How Do IReturn An Item?

Step 2: Get Return Instructions
Our team will contact you with return instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Use the original packaging or a padded box to prevent damage.
Keep proof of postage — we are only responsible for parcels once received. Items lost in transit will not be refunded.
Step 4: Inspection
All returns will be examined upon receipt. If the item shows signs of use or damage, a full refund may not be issued.
Step 5: Refund
Once approved, refunds (including standard shipping, excluding remote fees) will be processed via the original payment method within 1-3working days.
