I got my hair in about a week. The customer service was great. I got 16,18, and 20 inch. The bundle were well constructed and big. The hair barely sheds I get about 1 or 2 strands a day. The price is very affordable and overall I'm really loving this hair. First off, this hair was a gift for my younger sister's birthday. I don't know anything about buying hair but I did some research and found this! I'm very glad I did.
